Dragons

Dragon - the most powerful creature in fantasy world - is almost a symbol of this genre. In different realms dragons differ in some details, but always they are long living, magical creatures, sometimes gifted with a great wisdom, but depending on their age, sometimes they speak, usually spew fire, and sometimes they own great treasures in their lairs. They usually appear in a few typical colours, so there are green dragons, black dragons, red dragons and sometimes golden dragons. In some books other colours can be found.
